WELCOME

My name is Nicola and I have been working full time as a counsellor since I qualified 2010. I am based in Farnborough in Hampshire and currently work with clients either outdoors or online.

You may not have had counselling before and so I hope my website will give you an idea of what it is, how it works and what to expect.

COUNSELLING

I believe that building a therapeutic relationship between client and counsellor is at the heart of counselling.

OUTDOOR THERAPY

This is counselling in a natural setting; walking alongside each other or seated, reaping the benefits that being in nature can bring.

SUPERVISION

I am currently offering supervision sessions online via Zoom, or outdoor supervision in a local natural space.
